I am running latest best with latest service packs. I am running Domino 8.02 and Windows 2003 SP1.

The issue is, that it is out of sync on the users hand sets. The users read emails via their notes client and only some of those read emails are never marked as read on the Handset.

I thought it was to do with replication issues, but it is only some of the emails read marks that don't come through.

I am sort of new to this so treat me as a complete idiot. Thank you.

One thing to check is on the handheld, look in the mailbox options under email reconciliation. Ours are set to delete on both, wireless on and on conflicts mailbox wins. That last setting may be the gotcha.
