Default Bes Sbe??

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

I need some help. I am trying to help one of my clients, and determine which BES suite they are running. I know the version is 4.0.3, but need to know if it is SBE/Pro/Express. Can it be determined from this picture?

Thank you,
Steve

I dont think its a good idea to disclose your license numbers in the public (!)

anyway, I tried the one which does not work. Works not on my BES too.
I have a BES 4.1 Small Business edition.

My guess is, you have a BES 4.0.X or 4.0.X SBE, and this license is for a BES professional.
I know, that CALs for BES SBE work on Standard BES and vice versa.
Even CALs for BES 3.x work ok on 4.x SBE (one CAL is for 3.5 in you picture)

The only possiblity therefore left, is that this is a CAL for BES professional.

What kind of CAL should this be ?

What i wrote above is only from my experience, not based on official information.

Only RIM know how these numbers work.
