Thanks for taking the time to look at this thread, I am behind schedule on an upgrade from bes pro to bes enterprise, I received the enterprise server trade up key and was informed I just have to add this as I would a normal license. I am currently running 4.1 and have all 30 liceses subscribed to users. When i add the trade-up key i get this error message. "You have entered a BES upgrade key, Upgrade keys should only be used when upgrading to BlackBerry Enterprise server edition.

I am running 2003 entrerprise server and 2003 exchange! any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I thought the upgrade from Pro to BES required a service pack type install as well as a new licence key. Can't help more as we went from SBE to BES which is just a key install.

You did get the upgrader packagae as well.
Look at that email again for the link to the upgrader files.
