Default Blackberry Diverting Calls By Its Self

Please Login to Remove!

Hey
I over the past week i have had 3 users say they where unable to receive calls (all with different models of blackberry's, curve bold and javelin). after looking through their phones i found nothing was diverted or wrong with the settings apart from that the javelin that stated that all calls where diverted, so i canceled all diverts on the other phones which sorted out the problem
Does anyone know why these BB's would put them selves on divert by them selves
One of the users is my IT Manager and knows their way around a BB so i don't think it is user error (stupidity)

I believe that this is a carrier function, so you can divert any brand of phone with a key combination (e.g. #62#).

When I changed to a Blackberry from my Nokia phone some years ago (same SIM card), my BB was diverted because I had this switched on on my Nokia.

So I don't think this is something that was initiated by the BB itself.
