I am trying to get the "call log icon" bug out of my BB. The new call icons is stuc with 2 calls. I have used all advices I found on the web but am left with the one to do a wipe.

I have the software installed so I can do a backup and restore.

BUT, will my Balckberry need to be reactiveted with the server ?
Will the wipe keep this parameter ?
Is there a way I can do it myself ????

Welcome to the forums.

If you wipe your device, you will break connection with your BES and need to be reactivated. Maybe you should consult with your BES Admin and let them know what you're planning on doing. I know I would rather have someone come to me before doing something of this nature.

It's entirely possible to kick off Enterprise Activation without involving your BES admin/IT but you really should get in touch with them.
