Default Need info about how to query the BB database for info...

I am looking for a way to extract phone model and server name info from the BB database for a subset of users.

Any advice? Any recommend method for doing it? 3rd party tool or just SQL commands? (I'm a newbie to SQL statements but am not afraid of testing commands out.)

Any help would be appreciated.

I use a very easy program called QueryExpress.

Exactly what information are you looking for? I have a few basic queries that I use and can share.
