Default User reports deleted emails returning.

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all. Relatively new to administering BES. Running v4.1.5.26 and Exch2007 for a customer.

One user is reporting BB not receiving emails. After a reboot, inbox was flooded with deleted emails from prior week as well as old email marked as new.

Wondering if this issue would be related to the handheld or server. Just one user has mentioned this. Just wondering if this was something common. Would I benefit from re-sending service books?

Any help appreciated.
Thanks!
Brian

What did you reboot? The user's device or the server?

If your device doesn't have contact to the BES for a while, it is normal that you get lots of old mail in, once it has contact to the BES. But reconciliation should then clean up the "mess" and the BB inbox should look like the Outlook inbox. This can take up to 15 minutes.
