Wireless Backup is enabled by default. Unless you turned it off manually, the device is already backed up to BES.
When you activate another handheld for that particular user, the BES wireless backup will repopulate the new handheld with settings and data from the previous handheld.

we have a user we know is leaking information and I know he has another email account going to and from his blackberry.

so i was hoping that i could do a OTA backup of the data on the HH then restore it to another hh...

and i need to know how i can STOP my other users from adding other email accounts to there blackberries.

Why not just block 3rd party mail programs via IT Policy?

One we use is under the Service Exclusivity Policy Group. Set Allow Other Message Services to False. Using this the users can still receive BIS email, but ALL email must be sent using the BES account.

Also under the Security Policy Group you can use Firewall Block Incoming Messages and block BlackBerry Internet Service Messages.
