I have one and only one user with this issue... Some emails in his outlook inbox will not synch up after adding user to BES, while others do. Blackberry is set to keep all emails and never delete over X days old. But I have maybe 10 emails that will not appear on the blackberry, all less than a week old. All other emails from today and on appear just fine, and send/receive tests ok. I have removed user completely from BES, wiped the handheld and readded to BES. Same issue continues. BES=4.2, BB=At&t Pearl 8100
I'm sure I could get these few emails to reappear on the BB if I forwarded them back to the user but was trying to find a cause and fix, not just a workaround.
Any ideas? Thanks for any help.
