Default Can't Send Emails from BB

Please Login to Remove!

I know there are lots of threads about this, but i've reached an end wher I don't find any further info. I applied the DST2007 update to my Exchange 2003 SP2 and Blackberry Professional 4.1.4 servers, and after that, BB users who were in the Domain Admin group were unable to send emails. Other people were not affected at all, and the Domain Admin people could do everything but send from their device.
I researched it on the Forums and found the cause as being the Send As issue. I removed the individuals from the Domain Admins group, stopped and started the BB Router and the Exchange Info Store, and for about an hour everything worked. Now it doesn't. When I go back in to the AD Users I see that these users no longer have the BESadmin in the Send As window on the Security Tab. What can I do to fix this?

Thanks Knottyrope. Unfortunately, that didn't do the trick. This is really maddening. I guess I have no option left but to delete the two accounts and recreate them. For some reason, even though I've removed them from the Domain Admins group, AD is still seeing them as being part of it and deleting the Send As permissions for the BESadmin account.
Thanks for your help.
