Default Two configuration databases

Please Login to Remove!

I currently have a production configuration database and will be bringing up a second configuration database for a test environment in the same Domino domain. Also, both config dbs will reside on the same SQL 2005 instance (remote).

Anyone have experiences with this scenario?

I envision starting up Blackberry Manager, pointing it to the test config db and seeing only those servers that are pointed to it.

You shouldnt have any issues as long as you change the name of the config dbm in your test enviormment to besmgmt1 or somehting different then the prodiction db. Also you use the Blackberry configuration manager not the Blackberry Manager to do this

Yep, that's the idea, create a new test config db with a new name. Just wanted to make sure that since they are both on the same Domino domain there wouldn't be any issues.
