BPS IT Policy received but not applied...
I have been lurking for a long time, and thanks to many of you, have been able to correct several issues. This one has me stumped though.
BPS Server running Exchange 2007 (Exchange is on a seperate box)
Just installed this on a brand spankin' new network, a few roadblocks even to get it to connect to the phone, but it finally did. Now I am unable to get the IT Policy to apply to the phone. I have removed and readded the user, had him sync and hard boot, but the IT policy still remains in the "received" state.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
So a new update:
The Last contact time was previously "never." Now it is updating consistently with the current time, but, the IT Policy Status is still at "received". Is there something different for the IT Policy and exchange 2007?
I believe i figured this on out...just some info for others in case they run into this:
-They were previously on an old BES that was hosted by us. We got them their own BES server.
-Unless you have the Blackberry Java Developers kit (I think), you have to wipe the handheld and perform EA completely after it has been wiped. The IT Policy is not completely removed from the phone if you just delete the user and have them hard boot.
