Default Issue Deploying Google Maps

Please Login to Remove!

Am having an issue deplying Google Maps through our Software Configuration.

Have got the ALX packages from Google Mobile - BlackBerry

Done all the usual indexing etc. However, when I deploy it there's activity on the handheld and the hour glass comes up for a few seconds then disappears.
However, the app is not installed.

I tested installing the app through desktop manager and it was fine. I even changed the software configuration to remove the app from the handheld and that did work.

Has anyone else had issues like this shed any light onto resolving issue? All our other applications install without any hitch.

What is the software configuration status for the user? It should be

Configuration Status: OK
System Status: Up to date
Applications Status: Up to date

Yes, configuration status reads ->

Configuration Status: OK
System Status: Up to date
Applications Status: Up to date

However, if I right click user and select "Update Configuration Check"
Applications Status: changes to "Install Required"
