Here is my question, if I get a reminder in my blackberry and hit dismiss is it supposed to dismiss it in outlook also? Right now if I hit dismiss on the device it still shows in my outlook. Also if it comes up in my outlook and I hit dismiss there it still shows on my device. Is this the way it is supposed to work? What I am wondering is if there is a way to set it so when I click dismiss on one it does not show on the other. We are on exchange 2003 with outlook 2003 clients and BES 4.5.

That's by design AFAIK (due to the way reminders are run) and I can't see how there could be a way to link them. But maybe someone knows differently...
