Exclamation BES Monitoring Service Reports

Please Login to Remove!

I just installed the BES Monitoring Service into our environment. We have 3 BES servers at 4.1.6 and about 2400 users. I know, I know, this freebie version isn't going to cut it. But with the economy we do not have the funds for something like Zenprise or Boxtone this year. Anyways...My question is, I was wondering if anyone has created or used any useful reports from this service? I have looked through the reports that are pre built, but was wondering if anyone created other useful reports they generate themselves.

Thanks

Default

I pretty much gave up on the current BMS as it's not providing anything I can't get from berryStats or the resource kit.

It's great at running the top users and getting a nice overview of CPU / Memory used past 30 days but for daily monitoring it falls short. I suppose if you had some thresholds set it would help alert you of an issue but it doesn't pro-actively tell you this. The next version of BMS is supposed to be improved and "learn" how your BES works (baseline) and they recommend thresholds etc.
