Default Applying Service Pcck 7 of BES from 4.02(bundle 11)

Please Login to Remove!

we are planning to upgrade our BES Server (With exchange 2003 Integration) to Service Pack 7 MR 3. What is the easier way to do this? I have downloaded SP7 and the MR3 release on RIM's website. Do we have to do any special backups?

YES you do. Backup the database before you start

Then install SP7

then after you can apply MR3.
