Default Calendar only one way sync

I have an Exchange 2003 with Blackberry Professional server running on the same machine. My Tmobile Curve is activated and generally working. My problem is when I add a calendar item on my Curve, the item does not appear in Outlook.

I'm not getting any obvious errors not sure where to look to troubleshoot.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Present: T-Mobile 9700, red BB leather pocket, bestskinsever full skin

Past: Curve titanium, 8700g, 7100t

T-Mobile customer since Voicestream!
