I customer of ours is having problems with their Realworks Software and their blackberry's
They use Realworks to make Calander tasks and send them to their Blackberry, it always worked until a week ago when they where starting to recieve this message in their Realworks enviremont:
> PRODID://RESEARCH IN MOTION//BIS 3.0
They contacted Realworks, and they said it was a setting in their blackberry!
I've tried every setting but nothing seems to work, anyone got any ideas?
