Default One way reconciliation with exchage 2003/2007 coexistence

Please Login to Remove!

I am in the process of migrating over to exchange 2007. The environment is already setup. Basically one exchange 2003 server and one exchange 2007. The BES server (4.1.6) is a standalone with the besadmin account mailbox still residing on the 2003 server. I have tested and moved my own account over to the new 2007 server. My blackberry is working for the most part, i can receive and send email on the blackberry, however the blackberry never reconciles with what i do in outlook. If i read or delete an email in outlook the read indicator never changes on the blackberry and the email never deletes. However if i read and delete on the blackberry it will update on outlook. I am hoping this is just an issue with the fact that the besadmin account is still on the old exchange server. Is there any way to get it to work 100% with the way i have it setup?

Any help is appreciated.
