Default Performed Enterprise Activiation; work and personal e-mail now merged.

The user already had their Earthlink e-mail account set up on the device. The Earthlink account has its own little folder with a globe icon on it and when you hover over it the title is "user@earthlink.net".

I set up the device with our BES and the activation worked just fine. There is a little folder on the home page that says "messages" when you hover over it and not the name of the user's company e-mail address. This "messages" folder is where both the work and Earthlink e-mails are showing up. I need to get this set up so that his Earthlink e-mail stays in the Earthlink folder and the work e-mail stays in the work folder.

Any ideas?

(1) Workaround (involves the user)
===========================
Kinda silly but innovative.

(2) Create a seperate icon for BES messages
===================================
Requires running a SQL script to turn on the flag for display of the icon.

Option 2 is a global change. It will impact all users, not just a single user.

Alternativly....

Messages>Options>General Options>SMS and Email Inboxes : Separate

This will make user you have a desktop icon of each mailbox.

This will separate SMS messages from the "Messages" folder. However, the BIS and BES email will still be combined in the "Messages" folder.

Yes, I already tried using the separate option, but it's pretty clear in the description, and as pointed out above, that it separates SMS and e-mail.
