Recently our IT dept. has installed and configured BES 4.1 sp6 for Novell GroupWise. Users with email accounts at HQ can synchronize just fine with the BES (also at HQ). The problem we're having is: we can't sync up with any email accounts that reside in a different groupwise domain. (POA)

On the BB device, when I go to setup the enterprise activation, it simply just times out but I do receive a message in my mailbox:

This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.

I tried telnetting the POA that we're having issues with using the default SOAP port of 7191 and it was not successful. However, telnetting the main groupwise server at HQ was successful.

I can't seem to figure out how to enable SOAP on our Netware server; there are no options in C1. Besides, there might be some other issues that may be easier to troubleshoot.

If it is anything like Exchange it will knot work in differnet domains.

Had to enable SOAP on the other POA.

Couldn't do this on my C1 utility - had to get co-worker to do it on his. Could have something to do with privileges or software version.

You must not have the Groupwise 7 snapins installed for ConsoleOne. You need to install the administration files from the Groupwise CD.
