Default Receiving Message conflict between BB and BB

Hello,

A co-worker I work with is having an issue with reading emails on her BlackBerry when she receives an email from XYZ company with a BlackBerry. This issue only happens with the XYZ Company. The XYZ Company read emails on their BlackBerry's from the co-worker without an issue.

The weird part:
Even though the co-worker can't read the emails from XYZ on the BlackBerry, she is able to read the emails on her GroupWise 7 client. If she forwards the messages from XYZ company from her BBerry to myself, I can't read the original message on my BBerry but I can read the message on my GroupWise 7 client. If she forwards the message that she can't read from her BlackBerry but can read through GroupWise to my email account, I still can't read the original message on my BBerry but can read the message on my GroupWise.

My Company:
We are currently using Novell GroupWise 7 with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version 4.1.6.15 - Wireless Carrier: Sprint

XYZ Company:
They are currently using MS Outlook/Exchange 2007 with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (I am still waiting for their version) - Wireless Carrier: AT&T
** I guess the XYZ Company performed an Agency Exchange 2007 upgrade and after this upgrade, the IT of XYZ stated that this issue started to happen**

I plan on contacting RIM for support but was wondering if anybody else experienced this issue before. Thanks for the assistance.

XYZ company is using version 4.1.6.13 for the BES server.

Does the body come in blank? I believe it is related to an improperly formatted HTML message being sent from XYZ company.

This is a known issue with BES 4.1.6 for GW. It is fixed in MR3. MR3 was just released early this week. Here are the release notes.

Makes sense and I confirmed with RIM that MR3 will fix this issue since my business uses MR2 currently.
