I need to set up a email signature for all our users at work (150+) is there a way of doing this on the bes rather than trying to get the users to do it (as i wouldn't trust our users to do it right!)

It does need to be user specfic, I was hoping to use the copy paste function so that I can just copy & paste from their outlook signature!

How many users are you talking about?? 150? That's a lot of copying and pasting for each and every user.

Perhaps you could send them instructions for how to do it - even send a template where they just update their name, phone, addresss, etc, and then explain how they can copy and paste it on their BB.

Then you can just check for the ones that haven't been done and fix theirs.

I'm sure at least some of your users will know how to do that....

But...
If you did, from the BES, highlight the user>edit user properties>Redirection>Auto Signature>

in there just paste what you need!

thanks, I will have to do them all myself as my manager doesn't trust the users! - but he has let me do 10 a day till they all get done!

which is better than a whole day of copy and pasting!
