Default swapping blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

i'm new to BlackBerry Enterprise Server. I need some help.
What is the best way to replace a device to an existing user
and keeping all the preferences to the new Blackberry ?
I want to make shure that all preferences, mail, outlook stuff
will follow on the new device...

is that ok to :
1.'Erase data and disable handheld' on the old
blackberry ?

2. Set 'activation Password' on the account
and re-activate that user with new PIN

Thanks for help,

blackscary

Welcome to the forums.

Yes, as long as you don't remove the user from the BES all of the settings will carry over to the new device.
