Hello,

i'm new to BlackBerry Enterprise Server. I need some help.
What is the best way to replace a device to an existing user
and keeping all the preferences to the new Blackberry ?
I want to make shure that all preferences,mail, outlook stuff
will follow on the new device...

is that ok to :
1.'Erase data and disable handheld' on the old
blackberry ?

2. Set 'activation Password' on the account
and re-activate that user with new PIN
