|  Shared Calendars on BB / Best Solution Choice?

I see there are workarounds to allow for viewing a shared calendar via a BB (8830 model if that matters).
I am looking for advice on the best solution for my secnario - that being a limited # of BB users who are on call 24/7 need the ability to schedule appointments thus need to view and update calendar shared by all.
It appears to me that the Add2Exchange via diditbetter.com is the way to go. . . has anyone had any success/horror stories using this solution?
I am trying to avoid using the BB Desktop Manager as i would like all updates to occur wirelessly and not require staff to plug in.
