Exclamation Urgent Help - unsuccessful update - missing services

Please Login to Remove!

After the maintenance pack requested for the BES product cd I used the BES v4.1.3 product CD but it could not validate the Blackberry Enterise.msi file.
Is it because I am using v4.1.6 and that I must have the latest product CD.

I canceled the update and the system rolled back. But the only problem right now is that I am missing some blackberry services in the service.msc

Please help

that is correct, you need to use the sp installer for the sp you currently have installed. if you do not have the sp6 files i would contact rim.

sounds like you may need to reinstall sp6, then do the mr.
