Please help IT Policies
We have been in production with BES 4 for several months and everything has been rock solid, however on Monday I noticed in a IT policy that I created weeks ago and rolled out to 20 users that the settings defaulted back. That is the Policy name I created is still there, although the setting that I customised for our Group Office users disappeared (went back to default). I immediately updated the settings, which took several hours.
Has anyone every experienced the same problem ?
I am going to log a call with my service providor and possibly this may be escalated to RIM.
