Hi, we're running BES 4.1 on Svr 2003. We have 10 Pearl 8100s. However, every 4 hours we get:

Eventid 20000 - Blackberry Policy Server
LoaderLib:getDevicePackageConfiguration failed.

and

Eventid 20000 - Blackberry Policy Server
{a@b.com, PIN=11111AA1, UserId=12}RequestHandler::PollForMissingApps: GetHHCodePackages failed with the error: HHCM_UNKNOWN_ERROR.

Can anyone tell me what this means and how to stop these events being logged.

These errors are caused by a software package that is assigned to one or more users. Do you have any software config assigned to users?

Yes, we do have a software config but no applications only a policy.

Policy is applied separately from apps and doesn't need a software config to be deployed. You probably need to remove your empty config and your errors will dissapear (as long as you are sure it's not required for a real app).
