Hi There!

We run 4.1.6 on a Windows 2003 Server connecting to Groupwise.

The client has had a problem whereby appointments created in Groupwise with a 30 minute reminder are being synced to his blackberry as reminders set at the interval between the initial time the appointment is being made and the time it's set to. So everytime it sync's the reminder note comes up immediately. It's not the same issue when the appointment is created on the BOLD. The same thing was happening with the Pearl he had before.

Secondly, I can't seem to get his contacts to sync with the bold. It's all set correctly and I even disabled and enabled the wireless sync for contacts and then restarted the services. What else can I try?
