Default Unable to find SRPId for user

Please Login to Remove!

New Blackberry Professional installation on Exchange 2003. Unable to activate our only user. Keep receiving error message in logs:

RequestHandler::GetDataFromDBforWRP - Unable to find SRPId for use

I have been unable to get this to activate for a couple of days and am frustrated. This is the only error message I received throughout the entire install and activation process. Any help or hints would be greatly appreciated.

Delete the user in the Blackberry Management Console and create again.

Then wipe the device and activate again.
