We have BES Server installed. Everythings working fine, only when the user trying to lookup similar kind of names with different hierchyal names the problemarises. Like if we have two users with same name like "Test User" and in the domino directory its showing as "Test User/HR/ACME" and for another "Test User/purchase/ACME". Its coming in Blackberry Device as twice only "Test User" and not with the hierchyal names. Now the user is getting confused to take which names. Show address solution will not work here also because the user may not know the actual e-mail addresses.
