My company's president got a new Storm to replace one where the screen no longer works. When pressing the screen, it depresses slightly but does not 'click', meaning I can't select any icons. The problem is that I activated his new phone before I was aware of the issue with the old one. If I could activate the old phone (for a new user) then I can wipe it. However, I can't think of a way to do this with the screen the way it is.
Use the resettofactory option. Otherwise you will leave the device without an OS.
