Default Mail will not delete

I have this problem with a number of people - they had to be reactivated. Mail they received while being activated or prior to being activated will not delete off the phone.
I'm not real new at this but it is another one of those "well you do the Domino stuff so now you can do the Blackberry stuff." I have to say this forum has helped tremendously. Now, though I must not be using the correct terms to search on this problem.
Thank you for some advice.

Welcome to the forums.

Sounds like you have a corrupt Messages database. Connect the device to your PC and launch Desktop Manager. Select Backup/Restore and then Advanced. On the right column you will see the device databases. Select Messages and click Clear.

You may want to search this forum for a remapping tool. I know that sometimes the database gets corrupt in Domino, and you can run a tool on the server that will remap their profiles to their BES account.
