Default BlackBerry Enterprise Server And Birthday Problem

Please Login to Remove!

I am in the process of testing the BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1.6 which is installed on a Windows Small Business Server 2003 Environment with Microsoft Exchange 2003 Service Pack 2. Everything seems to be working absolutely fine except for the Birthday on the Contacts. The Birthday is showing a day EARLIER on the BlackBerry Contact but is showing the Correct Date in Outlook which is connected to the Microsoft Exchange. I have attempted to install a variety of DST Patches hoping that this was maybe the problem, but have got to the point where I have run out of ideas. The Time Zone on the BlackBerry and the Exchange Server are the same.

Has anyone else had this problem before? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm also looking for ways to setup birthday alerts on the birthday anniversary say 7am, rather than the day before.
