Default Secure Wipe Delay After IT Policy Received

Please Login to Remove!

How often does the IT policy get pushed out to the BB devices? We have our Secure Wipe Delay After IT Policy Received set to 168. I think this is causing our BBs to wipe after a week. I was wondering if the IT policy gets pushed out every once in awhile or doesn't it get pushed out after it has received the policy successfully?

Off the top of my head - There is a Policy Resend Interval setting under the server properties then IT Admin, if memory serves me correctly....

Yeah this is by design. You have your wipe delay set to the same as the deault IT policy send (168 hrs). To be fair, it does say in the desc of the secure wipe delay to set the policy resend interval lower than the wipe delay interval .
