I just installed BES 5.0 and the installation was successfully completed. I was trying to login to the Blackberry Administration Service, it is asking for Username, Password and the Domain. I entered the correct information but still saying username, password or domain is incorrect, any idea?

Did you set up a BAS admin user? You can use that to log in.

Also see: BES 5 - two further errors. This will give you the work around for the AD credentials not working. But even so, you will need the BAS credentials to login first and assign roles.

i set BAS to be a windows user (same as the blackberry user account)
