User migration to 4.1.6

Default User migration to 4.1.6

Hi,
I have two servers, an
OldBES 4.0 - MSDE database
New BES 4.1.6 - SQL database

The users on BES 4.0, i wish to move to the BES 4.1.6 server. When i have moved the users in BB manager they keep getting the policy refreshed every 5 mins.
The logs show sending switch service command errors.
I can rebuild the handhelds fine using the same policy from scratch on the 4.1.6 server but there are to many users to do this to everyone.

The strange thing is the blackberrys work fine inbetween the policy being updated

Any ideas please?

How many users?
It might be time for BES 5.0 and use transporter to seemlessly move them.

About 300 users.
I like the idea of moving to BES 5 , but i doubt i'll get the money for the upgrade.

well it will be only 999.00 USD. It is only 3.33 USD per person upgrade.
Also there are so many more features.
