Default IT Policy - Data Leakage

Please Login to Remove!

I got pulled into a crazy meeting where our security team wants to lock down these capabilities on mobile devices as part of their data leakage project:

Download attachments to BB outright
Limit what attachment types can be saved if allowed

I need to dig around the policies but wanted to see if other admins have been asked this as I can only imagine to outcry I will face if this was applied. I know you can edit what attachment types you can open but are there controls for the above?

My other concern is we are in the middle of evaluating Chalk which I would think the policy could impact.
