My client still can't send mail.

I have to get a solution because the client is getting ill with me. How can I disable the email function of this software. I am going to connect the email to the Outlook Web Access instead

Okay, I setup her address in the blackberry portal page. I have it connecting to her Outlook Web Access. I am poking around the BPS Software, what do I need to do to disable the email (messaging) function. I see a couple of areas where it looks like you can change the messaging from true to false. But I don't want to change the calender, tasks, and address book. Those are working fine

what result did you get after removing the user from the administrators group, and, running the iemstest.exe utility

Regarding the workaroung using BIS:
Good idea. On the handheld:
If you go into the options, while in the inbox (of the BES account), choose "email settings". Set: sent email to smartphone to off.

Setup the BIS account.
