woops!! i posted this in the wrong place the first time.
Alright folks, i need some advice. i have BPS that we just installed last week. initially it didn't get set up quite right. i had to go back after the install and create the besadmin account and set all the permissions for send as and such. i have about 10 users on the BPS right now and all but one them seem to be functioning correctly. the problem i'm having is that my IT manager's Bold is not syncing correctly. when he deletes mail off his computer it is not removing it from the Bold. all of the other accounts remove the email from the handsets. i have the wireless sync turned on and configured correctly. the one hang up is that the IT manager's AD account is in the Administrators and Domain admins security group. it is my understanding that this can cause a problem......i can't take his account out of those groups so how do i work around this?

just so i have an answer when the question is asked....is the sync issue of the emails not being removed from the handheld caused by the permissions issue because he's in the domain admin security group?
what i've learned.....the permissions issue with the domain admins and administrators security groups doesn't affect the sync issue. i had to reload the whole service book, not just the mime then stop and restart wireless sync to get it to sync correctly.....the only thing the permissions in the security groups affects is being able to send mail. i used one of the microsoft work arounds (although i objected) to solve this issue.
