Default PIM Sync - Address Book not synch'ing

Please Login to Remove!

Lotus Notes environment. BES 4.1.6 on the server with an R6 (6.5.6 FP2) Domino infrastructure.

Enterprise activating a user's BB
PIM Sync settings are correct for file path and name.
Synchronization enabled on BES and device.
No issues with the state db. (i.e. rep conflicts)

Address book will not sync... :(

Frustrated.

Does anyone else have the problem?

Have you tried a wired activation? Have you tried disabling address book sync for the EA and then enabling it after?

We get intermittent problems with the address books not synching, but it is by no means a regular issue.

The wired activation isn't an option because the user's device is away from the office.

Actually that's a good idea about trying to disable the addy book sync. In this case I'm disabling the calendar sync because there are a huge amount of calendar entries and the EA isn't going past 11%. I'm hoping once that completes, the address book will follow and I can re-enable the Cal Sync.

Thanks for the post.
