To attach a DB, the blackberry tech gave me this :

Here is the information on how to re-attach the database:

Start -> Run: osql -E

1> EXEC sp_attach_db @dbname = 'BESMgmt',
2> @filename1 = 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
2> Server\MSSQL\Data\BESMgmt.mdf',
3> @filename2 = 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Data\BESMgmtLog.ldf'
4> GO

Wtf am I supposed to type instead of "@dbname"?

Unless, I'm so freakin' retarded that, I'm supposed to be typing in exactly what he told me to type in... and the @xxxxx aren't variables...

That is a parameter name in the sp_attach_db stored procedure...go ahead and type it extactly as written.
