We're running BES for GW v4.0.2.20 (SP2 w/HF2) and I have several clients with the same problem: when adding an entry in their addressbook on the handheld, the update is not reflected in the GW email client (even after a few days)

I have looked at the different options on the BB, but I can't see what's wrong.. Anyone??

I had some similar behavior... To be honnest we played safe and only activated the synch one way. GW to Blackberry. We had some bad field mapping when an adress was added from the Bberry. Let's hope SP3 will fix these problems.
