I have a small issue with auto signature which affects all my devices. We can switch on auto sign and set the txt from the BB device, but it isn't going out on the email when checking the recipientís inbox. However I can setup the auto sign from the BES per user and it works fine, although this isn't a suitable fix due to the volume of users.
I have also found the auto sign policy setting within our default policy, but this will only allow me to set a signature and not switch the setting to True/false.
I know there must be a policy setting somewhere for this, but as of yet I havenít' found it, can somebody help please?
For information we have quite a large range of BB devices.
