Default RSA 3.02 Help

Please Login to Remove!

Can anyone help Pleeeease. RSA are of no use.

I have downloaded the 3.02 softoken .zip from RSA when I expand it there are 3 directories Doc OTA and VPN as well as the SecurID.alx and SecurID.cod files in the root. If I copy the OTA files to the bes application directory and index them, when I create a softawre configuration no applications are found but if I use just the .cod and .alx files in the root I can create a software configuration and the application RSA SecuID is found, all good except when I push it out to the handheld and launch the app I get 'error starting SecurID: Module SecurID-1 not found.

Am I missing something? I've tried just about every permitation.

TIA

have you ever deployed any application through BES?

Put the entire content of the zip file in the Applications directory.

If I do that and index the directory the BES software configuration only see's the OTA version in the OTA directory and when this is pushed out get the SecureID-1 module failed to load.

I'm tole by RSA its the two files in the root I need but this doesn't have an alx file so the sw config doesn't see the app.

Has anyone got it to work? can you share the directory structure used including files?

Thanks

I'm serving as escalation support for a 3.02 rollout tomorrow ... if I get called I'll post here what the config looks like.

We've pushed this out to many users.

One problem you will have is upgrading from previous version. It will not upgrade pre 3.0. You have to uninstall the order version first.
