So i have a weird issue, which i believe ISNT related to bes, but nextel says its NOT on their end..
We have a Exchange 2003 Server with Bes, the user has had no problems in the past and one day, the problem started happening..
The problem is, when you send the user a normal email, it comes into his outlook no problems, but it does NOT get redirected to his blackbery, and the person that sent the email, gets this

now that is the wrong phone number, it is off by one digit. if i correct the wrong digit, and send directly to that email address in outlook, he gets the message delivered to his blackberry. That phone number, was never correct, the user never had it, its not even a valid nextel phone number they say. He has always had the same phone number.
We called nextel, and they are blaming a configuration issue on us saying their end is all correct. I dont know if this is true or not but i am pretty positive it is their end, i just dont want to sit on the phone and yell at them unless im sure its not BES (which they dont do ANYTHING with as far as troubleshooting). I did resend service books and reload user and re-enterprise activate, with no change and problem still exists.
Anyone have any ideas? is there a spot in bes to put the phone number? i couldnt find it if there was after some searching on the forum here.
Any help or ideas would be great before i call them, much appreciated!
