ToddInLA Offline New Member Posts: 1 Join Date: Jul 2009 Model: 9300 PIN: N/A Carrier: ATT	BES Roles not working properly - 07-02-2009, 05:41 PM I have created several administrative user with the "Senior Helpdesk" role, however, one of them after logging in does not see any options, independent of what computer or browser they are using. Has anyone come across this situation?
