I need to minotor the memory on one of the blackberry devices. The status shows the current free memory as last updated few hours back. How can i force the refresh to be faster. Is it related to refresh timer? if so it is set to 10 minutes, but still not working.

You can't kick it off manually from the BES (at least I don't know of a way to do it). Alternatively, have the user Delete and then Undelete the SYNC service book on their handheld.
