Default BES Calendar Sync Issues

Hi All

We are currently having issues syncing calendars to a blackberry curve
we are getting the folowing in the alert log, any help would be apreciated

Upgrade to the latest BES, get back to us.

Which is what RIM would ask you to do first as well ;)

does the CTRL log have any errors?

zip up the day of logs if you want and email to [email address] and I'll post back whatever I see.

Try having the user go to Calender > Options and type in RSET. They'll be prompted to wipe the local calendar and sync from the server (This will erase your Desktop calendar, and reload it from your server. Continue?); have them select yes.

Can you go back in the logs to see when this error started?

errors started when the blackberry was first synced

What exact model and handheld application version? (you should be able to grab this from the BlackBerry Manager)

If the RSET doesn't fix it, take a backup of the handheld and then wipe and reactivate it ... I'd like to see what happens during EA; if it syncs any data.
